Join Our Team as a Director of Data

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Data to lead our data management platform at Sweep. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the data strategy of our organization and supporting the development of our SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to feed machine learning projects and support feature development
  • Establish data governance for production and test data
  • Oversee data collection, storage, analysis, and security to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance
  • Build internal applications and pipelines to support analytics needs for all stakeholders
  • Identify data needs and provide strategic insights to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Lead and manage a team of data professionals, including analysts, scientists, and engineers
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in data management and analytics roles
  • Strong technical background in data architecture and advanced modeling techniques
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., Python, R, Maths)
  • A strong team player who values quality software and clean code
