Base, a leading provider of All-In-One Multi Channel Management Systems, is seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our team in France. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring the success of our clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide first-line support to customers and users, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to support the global Support department.
- Test new functionalities and participate in additional projects aligned with your strengths and skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector.
- Excellent knowledge of the Base product or similar SaaS or Marketplace back offices.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Highly developed communication skills (inside and outside the organization).
- Very good knowledge of English (minimum C1).
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome (Spanish, Italian, French, or German).
