Our IT Support Manager is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team on a permanent basis.
As a vital contributor, you will be responsible for delivering technical assistance to all staff regarding IT resources (hardware, software, peripherals) and operating systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT resources (computers, printers, scanners, etc.)
- Managing support requests and incident tickets using an assistance service management platform (GLPI)
- Providing basic training to users on the operation of IT resources and software
- Collaborating with fellow IT team members to ensure the security and compliance of the organization's IT resources
You would be an ideal candidate if...
- You hold a degree in computer science, such as BTS SIO or a Professional License in Information Systems and Software or a related discipline
- You possess at least 2 years of experience in technical support or IT assistance
- You have foundational knowledge of computer networks and systems
- You are proficient in Windows operating systems and common office applications (Microsoft 365, Google Suite, etc.)
- You have experience in troubleshooting IT issues and providing technical support
- Your communication abilities, independence, and team-oriented mindset will facilitate your swift integration
