NES Fircroft is seeking a highly skilled Subcontract Lead Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our EPC client's project team, you will be responsible for managing awarded construction and EPC subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage awarded construction and EPC subcontracts
  • Prepare amendments to subcontracts
  • Receive and respond to subcontractor letters
  • Prepare and update monthly financial status reports
  • Ensure compliance with contractual provisions
  • Prepare and send calls for bid, negotiate and award local subcontracts
  • Follow up and manage variation requests
  • Formalize settlement of disputes
Requirements:
  • 8-20 years' experience in a similar role, particularly in the EPC industry
  • Field of expertise in subcontract management for construction
  • Knowledge of MS Office and administration/management software
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to travel to project sites
