Job Title: Sales Engineer Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer Team Lead to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in Africa
  • Lead a team of sales engineers to deliver sales results and growth in the region
  • Negotiate and close profitable contracts with key customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Provide technical expertise and support to sales engineers to ensure successful sales outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in Africa, with a strong understanding of the market and customers
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic
  • Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies
