Position Overview:

  • Identify and analyze intricate technical challenges
  • Conduct on-site assessments to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend effective solutions
  • Engage in enhancing the technical capabilities of teams and clients during visits
  • Assist in the upskilling of teams for software enhancements during operational campaigns
  • Compile and provide a comprehensive list of materials required for projects
  • Draft and disseminate detailed Mission Reports
  • Maintain and update the relevant databases, ensuring accurate information is communicated to Technical Experts
  • Share insights with management regarding identified training requirements
  • Oversee the management of diagnostic equipment
  • Administer inventory and orders for diagnostic tools
  • Facilitate client access requests and manage user permissions
  • Address updates, resolve malfunctions, and propose actionable solutions

This role is based in a dynamic environment that fosters growth and innovation.

Qualifications for Success:

Candidates should possess a strong technical background in information systems and software, along with a thorough understanding of vehicle components and functionalities. The ability to deliver technical solutions and ensure their successful implementation is essential. A valid driving license and proficiency in English are required.
