Join Our Team as a Senior Business Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Recruiter to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the EMEA region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
  • Source and screen candidates for open positions, ensuring a high level of quality and fit
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment processes
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the recruitment team on recruitment metrics and trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter in an international, tech, and fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organized, data-driven with an eye for quality
  • Able to generate 4 to 6 hires per quarter consistently
