Cash Management Specialist for Fintech Solutions

Job Overview
As a pivotal member of the Treasury Solutions division, you will oversee the management of correspondent banking networks for Natixis and BPCE group entities. This role encompasses the promotion of cash clearing services tailored for financial institutions and the marketing of cash management offerings specifically designed for Fintechs and payment service providers (PSPs).
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing a portfolio of Fintech clients: enhancing relationships with existing clients while driving the acquisition of new contracts;
- Collaborating on the development of products that cater to the unique needs of Fintech clients, taking into account the business landscape, strategic goals, and client requirements. This involves close cooperation with various departments including correspondent banking, financial security, payment processing, customer service, operations, and legal;
- Assisting teams focused on document collection and KYC during the onboarding process, and implementing specific due diligence when necessary;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of customer compliance in cross-border payments, adhering to the risk models established by Natixis.

Candidate Profile
If you identify with the following qualifications, you may be an ideal fit:
- A higher education degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial banking environment, particularly with international clients;
- Familiarity with the FinTech landscape, including client ecosystems and local regulations;
- Knowledge of banking products such as cash management, foreign exchange, and cross-border payment methods;
- Understanding of FinTech business models and regulatory frameworks.
You possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent listening abilities, and are recognized for your business acumen and origination capabilities. You are open-minded, eager to embrace new technologies, and skilled in relationship building and negotiation.
Fluency in English at a C1 level is required, and proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
