Position Overview and Responsibilities- Oversee all facets of the organization's quality assurance processes, reporting directly to senior management.
- Responsibilities encompass programming 3D machinery, supervising quality control technicians, managing GMM, developing EI, PPAP, control plans, surveillance plans, conducting capability assessments, engaging in non-conformity management, and performing occasional inspections of parts.
- Possession of at least a Bac+2 qualification in quality management.
- Prior experience in a comparable position is essential.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with equipment programming are required.
- English language proficiency is a plus but not essential.
- Key competencies include meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and diplomatic communication.
The organization provides comprehensive onboarding to facilitate a seamless transition and acclimatization to the corporate culture. This is a full-time role.
Working hours are Monday to Friday during the day.
Compensation ranges from EUR 30K to 50K annually, depending on experience, alongside benefits such as meal vouchers, gift vouchers, and performance-related bonuses.
