About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Representative to join our team at International Flavors & Fragrances. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional support and service to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in sales service and/or supply chain customer service
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage pressure to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Financial skills, including quotes, pricing, budgeting, and forecasting
