Mission Overview
YOUR ROLE:
As a Site Technical Manager within the West City division, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily inquiries from residents of Silène properties.
Reporting directly to the Head of the West City division, you will maintain regular communication with residents and partners. The department's responsibilities encompass:
- over 10 Silène properties
- including those situated in Priority Urban Areas
As the primary contact for residents, you will oversee the services rendered to enhance and maintain the quality of living, communal spaces, and cleanliness. You will ensure adherence to established procedures and monitor compliance with contracts held by service providers. Additionally, you will serve as a reference point for proximity officers in the region.
Your role will involve conducting technical assessments of properties and shared areas, utilizing your technical expertise to address complaints, identify necessary interventions, and guarantee that work is completed within budget and on schedule. You will be responsible for estimating, planning, and supervising the required tasks.
In emergency situations, you will take immediate action to safeguard both property and individuals.
As a crucial contributor to resident relations, you will engage in efforts to address non-payment issues and prevent social risks, as well as manage neighborhood disturbances (excluding legal matters).
With strong organizational skills, you will facilitate the efficient execution of administrative tasks within the division (monitoring performance indicators, responding to inquiries, and overseeing maintenance).
You will be on call (approximately one week per quarter) with managerial support.
Profile
YOUR PROFILE:
Ideally, you possess a technical background (e.g., civil engineering, construction) or experience in the real estate sector, particularly in social housing.
Prior experience in diagnosing faults and irregularities is essential.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for this position. You must be capable of managing multiple requests within specified timeframes. Your ability to prioritize effectively is a significant asset.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary, enabling you to engage with various stakeholders and communicate persuasively.
A valid driver's license is required.
