Our client, a medium-sized ESN with a workforce of around 100, is in search of a seasoned Sales Engineer specializing in ESN services. The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Enhancing relationships with existing clients in the Lille area while also identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Conducting thorough prospecting and assessing client needs to deliver customized solutions.
- Overseeing the complete sales cycle from need identification to deal closure.
- Collaborating with a Recruiter to attract and onboard new talent.
- Supervising contractors on client premises to maintain motivation and alignment with the company's culture.
Candidate Profile:
