Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product marketing function, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our customer-facing sales teams by equipping them with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of Mangopay's payment solutions and effectively communicate their value to internal and external stakeholders.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Mangopay's key verticals within the target audience, identify their challenges and needs, and align our payment solutions to emphasize value-driven solutions.
- Product positioning and messaging.
- Plan and participate in the launch of new payment solutions, as needed.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, sales, customer success, support, and strategy, to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and direction.
- Establish metrics, processes, and dashboards to monitor, evaluate, and report on Product Marketing performance.
- Support revenue enablement teams by delivering client pitches, product demos, client story maps, and use cases.
- Support product content with benefit-oriented content creation, such as emails, blog posts, landing pages, and website content.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives to drive product-led growth and Mangopay payment capability awareness.
- Actively seek qualitative and quantitative market insights and circulate core findings across the team to help maintain Mangopay's competitive edge.
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders across different functions and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- A get-things-done attitude, with a sense of urgency and bias for action.
- Commercial payments experience preferred, ideally in a marketplace or platform environment.
