Role

The HRBP Western Europe is responsible for supporting the Saint Laurent boutiques in the Netherlands, Belgium, Monaco, southern France, Rive Gauche, and Avenue Montaigne. The team is composed of a HR Manager, 2 HRBPs, and 1 HR Assistant.

The HRBP is responsible for accompanying the boutiques with autonomy, supporting the business priorities of the hub with HR actions, and developing collaboration with managers on scope.

Missions

  • Support the business priorities of the hub with HR actions
  • Accompany the boutiques (catch up hebdo SD, development collaboration with managers on scope)
  • Accompany the openings, closures of boutiques and other events impacting the activity (JO) in collaboration with the Western Europe Direction team
  • Be attentive to all employees, ensure proximity with employees
  • Cascade the HR roadmap: relay on the ground the HR policy and actions and accompany the implementation of decisions and projects in the different HR domains

Performance Management

  • Develop middle management on performance management subjects
  • Ensure the good level of analysis and exigence in terms of performance
  • Lead HR action plans on measure in collaboration with managers
  • Follow the productivity indicator and propose adapted measures

Recruitment and Mobility

  • Promote and accompany internal mobility
  • Participate in the animation and detection of potentials, counsel and validate evolution proposals while favoring internal mobility
  • Prepare succession plans
  • Ensure the good adequacy of resources vs needs
  • Analyze the needs in resources and lead the recruitment actions in internal and/or external
  • Ensure the follow-up post-recruitment: follow-up of the trial period and integration
  • Pilot external providers on the missions entrusted
  • Ensure the coherence of the proposed remunerations vs studies and market

Industrial Relations

  • Support the dialogue and fluidify the industrial relations
  • Lead the DP Monaco meetings in autonomy
  • Accompany the industrial relations (Collaboration on commissions, projects)

Projects

  • Develop HR projects according to the activity needs and the competences brought by the HRBP

Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR function, and particularly HRBP
  • Business approach
  • Autonomy in the management of difficult situations and adaptability
  • Experience in industrial relations
  • Ease of relationship and discretion
  • Master of English and French indispensable
  • Excellent writing skills, rigor
  • Higher education degree from a business school or university with specialization in Human Resources and/or social law
  • Possible occasional travel
