About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Data Center sales team in Europe. As a key member of our European Commercial Leadership Team, you will be responsible for growing the business within the Data Centre sector across France, Italy, and Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy in collaboration with Marketing to drive business growth in the Data Centre sector.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to foster a sales culture that aligns with Aggreko's Sales Leadership Blueprint.
  • Oversee the team's opportunity pipeline in the CRM system for forecasting and ensure fiscal targets for the Data Centre sector are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a similar role.
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple European countries.
  • Knowledge of the Data Centre sector, including data center design, construction, and operations.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive sales team performance.
