Director of Sales, Leisure Cruises Silenseas

Accor is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead the leisure sales team for Silenseas Orient Express. As Director of Sales, Leisure Cruises Silenseas, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the leisure segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and team performance.
3. Revenue Growth
- Monitor sales revenue and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing and revenue strategies.
4. Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including travel agencies and tour operators.
- Leverage these relationships to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
5. Budget Management
- Manage the budget allocated to the leisure segment, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with experience in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in leisure sales within the travel and tourism industry.
