At The Rimrock, we are committed to providing exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests and employees alike. As a Wellness Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for everyone using our pool and fitness areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including change rooms, pool, sauna, squash court, fitness room, and Spa deck.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns to Spa Leadership.
- Collaborate with the Spa Concierge team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform daily tasks, such as folding towels, replenishing amenities, and removing garbage and recycling.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Intermediate-level verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- High standards for cleanliness and attention to detail.
- CPR and 1st Aid training is an asset.
- Ability to stand and walk repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift, lift and carry items weighing up to 22 pounds, and work in a damp, humid, and sometimes hot environment.
