Hermès is seeking a highly skilled SAP Training and Implementation Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the company's digital transformation initiative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and systems across central and local levels.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading luxury brand, driving innovation and excellence in store operations and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, training methodologies, and IT system implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training materials, including presentations, online tutorials, and e-learning content
  • Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for trainers, key-users, and end-users
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting training materials accordingly
  • Maintain documentation and reports to track progress and measure training impact
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in store operations, supply chain, or IT implementation, preferably on international projects
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies
  • Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP and CEGID
  • Fluent English language skills (C1 level)
  • Familiarity with luxury, supply chain, and/or merchandising concepts, processes, and systems
Benefits

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Hermès offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
