About the Job

We are looking for a Business Manager IT to join our Nantes agency. As a direct report to the Agency Director, you will contribute to the development of our Nantes agency, covering a multisectoral and evolving activity scope. Your missions will include:

  • Recruiting an existing IT consultant team
  • Developing a portfolio of large corporate clients
  • Participating in recruitment processes with our recruitment team
  • Ensuring commercial follow-up of IT consultants
About You

You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Manager IT, ideally in the Nantes market, with a strong desire to join an agency that prioritizes performance. About the Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process consists of three key stages:

  • An interview with a Recruitment Consultant to assess your professional background and identify possible career paths within our group
  • An interview with your Manager to diagnose your business skills and identify areas for further development
  • An HR Group interview with the HR Manager of your department

You will also have the opportunity to meet a peer in your field to discuss their experience as a collaborator within our group. We look forward to meeting you.
