To support our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Developer to join our team in Nantes.
Key Responsibilities:- Boost the commercial development of our services in formation and consulting in Lean Management.
- Work alongside the Commercial Director of the Nantes agency to structure, implement, and follow up on the prospecting process to attract and convince new clients.
- Pilot the mapping and maintenance of the suspect base by agency and region.
- Identify and qualify potential prospects for our activity.
- Conduct targeted prospecting and marketing actions to present our training and consulting services.
- Secure meetings with prospects or at our Lean Management Schools.
- Explain how our training and consulting services can help businesses achieve their objectives.
- Maintain a rigorous follow-up of interactions with prospects in our CRM system and track a prospecting dashboard.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong commercial skills and experience in BtoB sales.
- Dynamic, rigorous, and autonomous with a keen sense of organization.
- Proactive, humble, and comfortable in commercial relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convince.
