Egis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Mobility Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting Egis' international expansion by providing comprehensive support to HR Directors and operational managers across various countries.
- Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Managing the intricate processes of international mobility for a designated geographical region, including expatriate assignments and localizations.
- Collaborating closely with HR and Business Line managers to ensure strict adherence to established policies and regulations governing international mobility.
- Actively participating in the implementation of policies and procedures alongside external providers, ensuring seamless execution.
- Contributing to process improvement and innovation by actively engaging in projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate possesses:
A Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the field of international mobility.
Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English are essential. Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish or Portuguese, is highly advantageous.
A strong understanding of international tax regulations and the ability to work autonomously and strategically are key requirements for success in this role.
