Your Role
As a key member of the Android development team, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing cutting-edge Android payment solutions tailored for prominent retailers. Your contributions will be pivotal in launching the initial version of our innovative payment device, setting the stage for future advancements.
You will collaborate closely with both local and international development teams, leveraging your expertise in Kotlin and payment systems to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and address challenges.
- Analyze detailed project requirements to inform development strategies.
- Craft high-quality code and unit tests to ensure robust software performance.
- Deliver functional software to testing teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Contribute actively to the success of product releases.
- Propose technical improvements to enhance project outcomes.
- Maintain continuous integration processes and adhere to team-defined standards.
- Participate in Agile methodologies to promote efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with a focus on Kotlin for Android.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing payment devices.
- Proficient in Android development tools, including Android Studio.
- Familiarity with Gradle for Android projects.
- Strong command of version control systems, particularly Gitlab.
- Experience with Agile frameworks, such as SCRUM.
- Fluent in technical English, both written and spoken.
