Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Amazon's Transportation Risk & Compliance team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join their team in Europe. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing Third Party (3P) Payroll and Time and Attendance Providers, driving selection, standardization, and systematic controls through 3P providers globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program strategies to drive improvements in payroll and compliance processes
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and HR teams to implement world-class customer-centric compliance & risk management tools and processes
  • Identify and mitigate risks in a rapidly growing and complex global environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, compliance teams, and external partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or law
  • Proven experience in program management, with a focus on payroll and compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive issues to completion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the transportation industry
  • Knowledge of payroll, labor, and employment laws in Europe
