As a Project Manager - Battery Energy Storage, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and issues.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in EPC projects, with a focus on high-voltage and renewable energy.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
  • Language: Fluent in English and French.
