FM Logistic is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead its environmental sustainability strategy across its global operations. As the Environmental Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sustainability plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sustainability strategy that reduces the company's carbon footprint and promotes environmentally friendly practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations and supply chain management.
- Manage and report on sustainability metrics and progress towards company-wide goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability and environmental management.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, including carbon footprint reduction and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an asset.
