Job Title: Clinical Records Coordinator - ABA Therapy

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Records Coordinator to join our Austin-based ABA therapy team. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our clinical records, ensuring that every therapy session is properly documented and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Session Note Review: Thoroughly review therapy session notes to ensure they are accurate and align with therapy goals and compliance requirements.
  • Data Accuracy: Oversee the entry and management of client data and therapy session information within our software system, Central Reach.
  • Report Analysis: Examine therapy graphs and session reports to identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Time Log Management: Ensure therapists correctly record session times and adjust any errors to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Train New Staff: Over time, help onboard and train new staff on best practices for maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
  • Identify and Resolve Issues: Proactively identify discrepancies in session notes and work with the clinical team to make necessary updates.
  • Process Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve documentation procedures, driving better efficiency and therapy outcomes.

  • Data Management Expertise: Experience in data entry or records management, ideally in a clinical or healthcare setting.
