Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Aviation Law Counsel to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and legal background, with a proven track record in aviation law matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients on a wide range of aviation-related issues.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to aviation operations.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters pertaining to aviation law.
- Represent clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving aviation disputes.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging trends and developments in aviation law.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience practicing aviation law.
- Double higher education degree (JD or equivalent) with a focus on aviation law.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
