**Your Mission**
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process in its entirety:
- Chase profiles on LinkedIn,
- Identify the most suitable sourcing tools for the profile,
- Sourcing profiles in commerce, marketing, HR in the IT sector,
- Be the point of contact with temporary work agencies and partners,
- Write and publish job postings on job boards,
- Pre-qualify candidates,
- Conduct physical interviews with candidates,
- Manage and animate the candidate pool,
- Participate in and intervene at salons, forums, and school relations (to come).
**Required Profile**
You hold a higher education degree in human resources or equivalent and justify a successful first experience in recruitment, ideally in ESN or IT/middleware professions.
