The Département du Val-de-Marne seeks a dedicated and experienced Head of Administrative and Financial Service to oversee the essential support functions that drive our operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our department by managing budgetary, statistical, IT, legal, human resources, mail, and file classification activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise the secretariat and team leaders within the service, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Indirectly oversee agents, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
- Promote seamless collaboration between different service units and other departments within the County Council, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
- Contribute to strategic discussions on public policy initiatives aimed at enhancing the autonomy of elderly individuals and people with disabilities, while supporting their caregivers.
Your Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+3) in a relevant field.
- Demonstrate proven experience in management roles, effectively leading and motivating teams to achieve shared goals.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of accounting principles and public procurement procedures.
