We are seeking a highly skilled PreSales Consultant to join our Northern Europe team at Dassault Systèmes. As a PreSales Consultant, you will play a critical role in defining and designing innovative solutions to demonstrate the unique capabilities of our advanced planning and optimization solutions to support the current and future needs of our prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical sales engagements using a consultative selling approach to translate real-life challenges into workable, supportable software models.
- Deliver software demonstrations, tender responses, proof of concepts, and management presentations to clients, articulating the value of our solutions in customer situations.
- Act as a trusted adviser, applying storytelling techniques to link business processes with our Product Portfolio and Industry Solutions.
- Map customers' 'AS-IS' and 'TO-BE' business processes, advising clients based on in-depth understanding of their business processes and knowledge of our solutions.
- Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Transportation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant study field.
- Knowledgeable in planning processes and systems, including demand forecasting, capacity planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and day of operations.
- Knowledgeable in one or more industries, such as Aviation, Rail, Logistics, CPG, Retail, or Industrial Manufacturing.
- Proven experience with software implementations or digital transformations, demonstrating passion and working knowledge of IT solutions.
- Direct experience in technical sales, ideally in planning and optimization, enterprise, or supply chain management software solutions.
- A fluent communicator in English with an open mindset, people-oriented attitude, natural curiosity, and entrepreneurial attitude, with a willingness to collaborate and travel regularly.
