The Team

Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception for visitors, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing packages, and letters.
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Offer administrative support to the investment team, particularly the Partners.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for Associates.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate conference room schedules and set up meeting spaces.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is necessary.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
  • International experience is a plus.
