Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at ALILA. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming reception services to employees and visitors, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including employee information and company documents.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, as well as prepare and distribute meeting materials.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
