We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee a group of engineers dedicated to the management of network elements. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our network infrastructure aligns with the required specifications and is delivered punctually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise a team of engineers focused on network component management.
- Guarantee that network elements satisfy operational standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal development teams.
- Play a crucial role in project execution and ensuring network quality.
- Assess team requirements and make informed decisions regarding procurement or development.
- Foster the professional growth of team members and enhance team workflows.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across other departments.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Telecommunications with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience.
- Experience within the telecommunications sector is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of GSM, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
