About the Role
The Restaurant Supervisor at Pullman Paris Montparnasse is responsible for contributing to the daily animation of the point of sale and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves engaging talents, maintaining quality and financial performance, and adapting leadership practices to the company culture.
Main Responsibilities
Technical Skills / Customer Relations
• Develop a consistent customer experience aligned with the established customer promise to ensure customer satisfaction
• Contribute to customer loyalty through a warm and personalized relationship
• Ensure the point of sale's image is in line with established standards
• Be a sales force and optimize the sale of additional services to customers
• Ensure the quality of service and the ambiance of the Restaurant
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Assist new employees in their work area
• Teach the use of new equipment to the team, as well as cleaning methods and provide efficient and effective methods for maintaining the workspace
• Embodies the Heartist and Pullman spirit in interactions with customers
• Ensure personal and team appearance, know and apply the Grooming policy of the hotel
Qualifications
