About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator at the Ministère de l'Économie, des Finances et de la Souveraineté industrielle et numérique. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our treasury department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and perform financial tasks as required.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the development of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, managers, and external partners.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 0 years of experience in a related field; previous experience in a treasury or financial operations role an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
