About the Role

Sia Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager Energy, Utilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our business in Marseille.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of our commercial activities and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
  • Work closely with our clients' management teams to deliver operational strategy and management consulting projects.
  • Lead and manage projects related to energy transformation, including audit, process improvement, and organizational change.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to develop and deliver training programs, thought leadership content, and other business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a top-tier engineering or business school.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
