Your Role: Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving growth and expanding our client base. Reporting to the Commercial Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) and Mid-Market sectors.
- Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan for assigned territories.
- Conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying key decision-makers.
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients through phone calls, meetings, and networking events.
- Presenting KPMG's services and solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact to project completion.
Your Profile:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in business development. You possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the professional services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and self-driven approach to work.
