About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Health and Wellness Advisor to join our team at MGEN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our health and wellness services to our clients and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our health and wellness services to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the health and wellness industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the French healthcare system and insurance industry
  • Fluency in French and English
