Job Overview

As a key member of our team at LittleBig Connection, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients across various business development and relationship-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and implement account strategies to maximize business unit exploitation, maintain long-term, qualitative relationships with clients and partners, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, minimize project and provider churn, and promote the use of our platform to clients.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Growth team to leverage your potential, define and transmit administrative processes to optimize collaboration with the Customer Success team, and work with the Product team to maximize business-tool synergies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Hold a master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or a university, and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management and client portfolio management.
  • Skills and Qualities: Possess excellent adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English, with a third language being an asset.
