Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to join our team at Nike. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers, driving sales growth, and leading a diverse team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees

Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and industry trends
