Position Overview

Our esteemed law firm, affiliated with the Mazars network, is seeking a skilled Labor Law Specialist for a permanent (employee jurist) or collaborative contract (lawyer) position in our Havre office.

As part of our dedicated team, you will provide expert legal counsel on social law matters to a diverse clientele of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), large corporations, associations, and public sector organizations across various industries such as manufacturing, services, non-profit organizations, and the public sector.

Under the guidance of our Partner Lawyer, you will assist clients with a range of activities, including:

  • Drafting company agreements
  • Creating charters and internal regulations
  • Managing dismissal or disciplinary procedures
  • CSE operations
  • Professional elections
  • Supporting reorganizations or restructurings

Depending on your experience, you may also be involved in legal proceedings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in social law, preferably within a legal firm. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, analytical abilities, and excellent written communication are essential. Furthermore, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are highly valued.

Holding a CAPA certificate is an asset.
