Objectif du poste
Le/la Directeur/Directrice Adjoint(e) (Associate Director):
- Dirige l’équipe des Medical/Scientific Advisors et est responsable de la conception et réalisation des activités selon le plan et les process de l'équipe Medical Affairs (MA). Il/Elle contribue à la création et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie médicale/scientifique locale.
- Est responsable de la coordination de la création, du traitement et de la communication des informations scientifiques et médicales pertinentes pour les produits et indications par l'équipe MA.
- Coordonne les conseils et le soutien scientifique de l'équipe MA pour tous les intervenants internes de ViiV (en particulier le Marketing, l'Accès au Marché, les Ventes) ainsi que de certains services (en particulier la Recherche Clinique, les Affaires Réglementaires, la Sécurité des Médicaments et l’Information Médicale).
- Dirige l’équipe Patient affairs and engagement et est responsable de la stratégie et de la mise en œuvre des activités sur le terrain en matière Relations patients.
- Est un partenaire clé du responsable de l'équipe médicale sur le terrain (MSL) pour assurer une coordination fluide des activités médicales, un partage régulier des informations et la gestion des plans KOL.
- Est un point de contact privilégié pour les professionnels de santé dans l’établissement et le maintien des relations scientifiques.
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Médical.
Responsabilités clés
Déploiement de la Stratégie et des Tactiques Médicales :
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie médico-scientifique locale en coopération avec l’équipe Brand Team et l’équipe médicale Europe et Globale.
- Leader l’élaboration et coordonner la mise en œuvre des stratégies médico-scientifiques locales en collaboration avec les équipes d’autres départements, y compris l’équipe médicale terrain.
- Créer et mettre en œuvre un plan d'activités médicales de l'équipe MA aligné avec la stratégie médicale selon le plan établi de la filiale.
- Coordonner les activités des Affaires Médicales de la gamme et gérer une équipe de chefs de projets médicaux/scientifiques.
- Concevoir, budgéter, initier et superviser des projets médico-scientifiques nationaux, y compris les événements d’éducation médicale.
- Préparer et mettre en œuvre des réunions d'investigateurs pour les études menées en France, coordonner les activités pertinentes aux études et maintenir une vue d'ensemble des activités d’études en France ainsi que la préparation des supports.
- Être responsable des projets de génération de données sur les produits prioritaires, en intégrant les retours médicaux et en réalisant une analyse du besoin médical.
Budget / Conformité / Processus
- Responsabilité budgétaire des projets des équipes MA et des Patients Affairs.
- Garantir la conformité avec les principes éthiques et le code de conduite pour toutes les actions entreprises.
- Être responsable de la validation du contenu médical des communications de produits.
Partenaires externes :
- Coopération avec les leaders d’opinion, investigateurs, sociétés scientifiques, associations de patients et autres partenaires externes.
- Participation aux congrès et symposiums nationaux et internationaux.
- Collaboration avec des experts externes dans le cadre des essais cliniques, comités consultatifs, symposiums et autres activités de formation et d’éducation médicale.
Partenaires internes :
- Représentation du département médical français au sein des équipes locales et, le cas échéant, européennes.
- Partenaire de confiance de l'équipe de direction de ViiV et des autres directeurs de département.
Gestion :
- Gérer la performance de l'équipe et soutenir son développement.
Connaissances/niveau requis
- Diplôme de médecine (MD).
- Capacité à unir, mobiliser et challenger ses employés et les équipes de sa direction.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français.
- Expérience dans les affaires médicales.
- Gestion de projet.
- Bonne connaissance des essais cliniques et de la méthodologie BPC.
Connaissances/niveau souhaité
- Connaissance de la zone thérapeutique concernée et des leaders d'opinion.
- Recherche clinique.
- Pharmacoépidémiologie.
