Location: Paris (France)
We are seeking a Head of Fashion Operations to lead our transformation in fashion imagery production. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our Studios and Post-Production teams, driving operational excellence and innovation for our e-commerce clients.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in developing and integrating AutoRetouch , our AI Fashion SaaS product. By collaborating with the product development team, you will align business needs with our AI roadmap and enhance the product with client insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Studios Operations:
- Lead and manage the Studios teams, including our Warsaw-based studio and our international post-production teams.
- Drive operational excellence in production and post-production workflows, optimizing processes to deliver high-quality images to fashion e-commerce clients.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between production and post-production teams for consistent image quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee the P&L of Studios, ensuring financial performance, cost management and profitability targets are met.
AutoRetouch SaaS Product:
- Oversee post-production teams involved in quality control and the training of our AI Fashion SaaS product, AutoRetouch.
- Play a key role in the development and operational support of AutoRetouch, ensuring the product’s successful integration and evolution.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to align business needs with the AI-driven product roadmap.
- Contribute to the enhancement of AutoRetouch by providing feedback and insights from client use cases.
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, preferably in the fashion industry for a marketplace or e-commerce retailer.
- Strong knowledge of image production, photography, and post-production processes.
- Experience in managing teams, with a proven ability to lead and motivate in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and process optimization.
- Demonstrated interest in AI technologies and their applications in creative industries.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and global setting, with a passion for innovation and high-quality execution.
