New Business Account Executive

About the Role
As an Account Executive, this is a greenfield role focused on driving net-new revenue. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from qualification and demo to managing the buying process and closing deals, all while handling multiple prospects simultaneously.

- Actively manage your pipeline while developing strategies for sustained, long-term success.

Who You Are
- Experience carrying a net-new revenue quota with consistent overachievement, preferably in selling MarTech, Marketing Automation, or CDP SaaS solutions.
- Skilled in working within a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, often involving multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal).
- Growth-minded, always seeking improvement with a disciplined and rigorous approach.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Encouraging, thoughtful, and energetic, with a focus on teamwork.
- Fully authorized to work in Ireland without restrictions.
