Project & customer support manager senior - h/f

Lead end-to-end ERP and business application system implementations , ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Manage cross-functional teams in a remote, global environment, collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Develop and execute digital transformation strategies to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Drive change management, user adoption, and training programs to support seamless system integration.
Track project performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare.
#Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar) and business application implementations such as:
CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva, Microsoft Dynamics)
Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems
Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
HR & Talent Management software (SuccessFactors, Workday)
Experience managing large-scale digital projects in a remote, global setting .
Knowledge of agile, waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies .
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Remote position – Open to candidates in global time zones with flexible working arrangements.
