Lab Director

Company Adoc Talent Management is lookinf for a Lab Director / Technical Lead (M/F) , for a leading global ICT company specializing in Cloud and AI, telecommunications, consumer, and mobile businesses, to to support the development of next generation Highspeed system. The company is a well-known multinational corporation, and its research center in Grenoble is expanding its team focused on high-speed technology research. Missions As a Lab Director/Technical Lead, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to developing next-generation hardware solutions at the board level, including high-speed interconnect and high-density component integration. You will guide the team in exploring engineering technologies for ICT products, focusing on areas such as high-speed board-level architecture (112 Gbps+) and multi-physics simulation modeling of high-density heterogeneous modules. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Building world leading Lab based on the company’s strategic distribution of technologies and local competitive strategic resources, providing competitive core technologies and platform deliverables to products. Proactively source for local new technologies trend and ideas, actively exploring into the future-proof technologies, and promoting the company to grow with local technology industry by identifying and absorbing strategically competitive resources. Responsible for creating open climate for local cooperation, developing academic and industry networking, enhancing company’s contribution and influence in local technological eco-system, and building competitiveness by proposing leading strategies and delivering technological development Responsible for building organization strength and vitality by deploy a flexible human resource strategy to create a high-performing team; Collaborate with industry's top experts and high potential talents; Actively undertaking CSR by explore local talent, identifying and create a pipeline of fresh talents. Responsible for building the center's platform capabilities in the responsible region Responsible for communicating core values in a cross-cultural context, and building innovative and open organizational climate. The position offers a wide range of tasks and promising career prospects for candidates with a strong network in the field and specialized technical expertise. It is available immediately as a permanent position (CDI) in Grenoble. Profile You have Master's degree or above, PhD in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Communication Engineering, Electromagnetic Science, etc. You have experience with the industrial ecosystem and have accumulated 10+ years of experience in high-speed or multi-physics simulation or NDT testing of PCB board-level engineering technologies. In other words, you meet the following criteria: Be an expert in board-level architecture design or complex module design for board-level high-speed signals (112 Gbit/s+). Have leading high-speed signal architecture design or multi-physics simulation modeling engineering technologies. Expertise in project management, including commercial, technical and legal aspect. Strong analytical skills and ability to manage a diverse team to work collaboratively, Familiar with cross-cultural development environment You are a technology enthusiast with curiosity, ability, and motivation to make significant contributions in your field of expertise. You are fluent in English with great intercultural social and communication skills, ability to work in international teams.
