The company fosters a workplace culture that values passion, kindness, and professional dedication, continually educating its employees about evolving luxury markets and merchandise collections.Position Overview :Le stagiaire en relations publiques intervient en support du responsable des relations publiques dans la mise en œuvre des stratégies de RP et contribue aux projets de la maison au sein de la région France, Benelux et Monaco. Il/Elle collabore avec les agences de RP pour maintenir l'image externe de Tiffany & Co., promouvoir des campagnes marketing spécifiques et stimuler les lancements. Pour cela, il/elle travaillera sur des communiqués de presse ainsi que tout autre type de communication afin de promouvoir la maison de Tiffany & Co. en France, aux Pays-Bas, en Belgique et à Monaco. Il/elle travaillera étroitement avec l'ensemble des services pour contribuer à la réussite de différents évènements.Key Accountabilities : PR Strategy Partager et communiquer les nouveaux Assets et Press Release avec les agences FNB Coordonner les prêts de produits pour les séances photo et les approbations VIP (en partenariat avec les magasins, les agences de relations publiques et les équipes mondiales) Répondre aux différents besoins des agences quotidiens (demandes de shopping, visuels, crédits, questions diverses.) Partage quotidien des clippings presse à l'équipe Global Aide à l'organisation d'évènement presse Administration, Monitoring & Reporting Regrouper les différents Daily Être avertie de l'activité concurrentielle Aide à l'évaluation l'efficacité des événements (Présentation, chiffre clés, one-page) Aide au reporting après évènement Updater les Missed opportunities et Clippings reports Communiquer sur les projets aux agences locales, à la direction et à l'équipe EMEA Communication interne Il/elle s'assurera de communiquer les informations et actualités locales aux équipes régionales et globales. Qualifications & requirements : Bac+4/5 type école de commerce, de communication ou équivalent Rigueur et organisation Excellente communication orale et écrite Capacité à prioriser et mener différents projets de manière simultanée Sens du détail et respect des standards de la maison Esprit créatif
