**Position Overview**:
We are currently looking for a passionate and self-driven individual to join our Tiffany & Co. France & Benelux team as a Client Experience Intern. In this role, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing unique in-store and off-site events. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall client experience, supporting product launches, festive moments, and various market initiatives.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Event Planning and Execution:

- Lead the planning and execution of in-store and off-site events, including but not limited to festive moments and product launches.
- Collaborate internally in a 360 approach to create engaging event concepts that align with Tiffany's global strategy

KPI Consolidation and Reporting:

- Work closely with the CRM team to gather and consolidate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client events.
- Analyze and present insightful reports to EMEA team to track the success and impact of events on client engagement.

FNBM Coordination:

- Work in tandem with the France, Benelux and Monaco Client Relations Specialist to craft a harmonious synergy between event execution and personalized client experience.
- Ensure seamless alignment among retail teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to guarantee flawless event execution.

Vendor Management:

- Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts and overseeing their performance to meet Tiffany's standards.Conduct regular assessments of vendor capabilities and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency.**Qualifications & requirements**:
