Overview Placement Type: Temporary Compensation: 450 €-550 Daily Start Date: 01 Jan, 2026 Aquent recherche un·e Senior CX / Product Designer – Anglais courant – pour concevoir des expériences digitales à fort impact, centrées utilisateurs et orientées valeur business. Au cœur d’équipes produit pluridisciplinaires, la mission consiste à piloter la conception UX/UI de solutions omnicanales, de la recherche à la livraison, en alignement avec une vision produit globale et des objectifs stratégiques clairs. Responsabilités clés Concevoir des expériences UX/UI centrées sur les usages, à partir de la recherche, des insights data et des retours terrain. Designer des interfaces claires, intuitives et cohérentes, optimisées pour l’efficacité et la conversion. Prototyper rapidement (HCD, Lean UX) pour explorer, tester et itérer avant développement. Optimiser les parcours et interactions sur des produits digitaux complexes (outils métiers, plateformes, dashboards). Collaborer étroitement avec product managers, équipes tech et parties prenantes pour assurer une exécution fluide. Garantir la cohérence et la scalabilité des expériences via un design system global. Profil recherché Expertise confirmée en design UX/UI end-to-end sur des produits digitaux omnicanaux. Solide expérience sur des environnements marketing & commerciaux, incluant des interfaces data-driven. Maîtrise avancée de Figma (design, prototypage, collaboration). Forte capacité à traduire des enjeux complexes en solutions design actionnables. À l’aise dans des écosystèmes globaux, avec une approche product-led et orientée impact. Culture Agile, Lean UX et Human-Centered Design, avec un mindset itératif et pragmatique.
