The design team plays a critical role in ensuring our products are **powerful, elegant, and easy to adopt**. We’re looking for a **Senior Product Designer** to help us **level up our impact, reinforce our UX/UI vision, and structure our design approach**.

As a **Senior Product Designer**, you will play a key role in shaping the future of design at Swan. Sitting at the intersection of UX, UI, and product strategy, you will help craft seamless, intuitive experiences that make financial services more accessible. Your impact will span across research, design execution, and the evolution of our design culture.

**Your mission**
- **Design and refine user experiences**, ensuring our interfaces are both elegant and effective.
- **Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders** to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions.
- **Lead research and discovery efforts**, bringing user insights into product decisions.
- **Strengthen and evolve our Design System**, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- **Advocate for design at a strategic level**, helping embed a strong design culture across teams.
- **Optimize processes and ways of working**, improving efficiency and execution quality.
- **Mentor and support the design team**, sharing knowledge and best practices to raise the bar on craft.

- **Multilingual** - You speak **one or more European languages** in addition to English (French, Dutch, German, Spanish, etc.).
